Information we collect

When you create an account, we receive information such as your email address and display name. We also store boards, game sessions, scores, and billing identifiers needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, save your boards, operate games, provide support, process payments, and improve reliability. Player names entered into a game are visible to participants in that game.

Payments

Payment details are handled by our payment provider. Jeopardy Room does not store complete payment card numbers. We receive limited billing identifiers and subscription status.

Storage and security

We use managed service providers for authentication, data storage, payments, AI generation, and realtime game updates. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update your profile or request account deletion from Account settings. Deleting an account removes the account and associated saved data subject to operational backups and legal requirements.
